The Syslog
Collector Agent is either a standalone product or an agent
of our Collector Distributed Architecture. In standalone,
this program has the capabailities of a Syslog Server with
a full graphical Windows interface. In a distributed architecture
with a Syslog Collector Manager, this program is a remote
agent acting as a Syslog Relay. Advanced features allows you
to filter huge traffic of syslog messages and to forward urgent
one to a centrally located LoriotPro console or to a Syslog
server. Local agent Syslog message files could also be download
on demand in a compressed format to the central management
console. Filtering rules applied on each agent are centrally
managed from a LoriotPro Plugin, the Syslog Collector Manager.
This software version allows you to
install multiple agents but they will work for a trial period
of 30 days starting from the date of installation. This
version version could also be use as is, later on, with a
valid license. You could buy a licence key that will give
you an unlimited time of use.
