The LoriotPro kernel is based on a Directory that stores all manageable objects.

The Directory objects are displayed in a tree view. Initially the Directory is empty. The Directory will be populated either automatically by the discover Process or manually by you. Leaves of the tree commonly represents hosts, hosts are any devices with at least one IP address.  By default, you could associate to objects, predefined programs that could perform specific functions. You can for example, graph the traffic of the network interface of a host.

These programs named Plugin, use the LoriotPro C++ Library to operate.

Several additional programs are included in LoriotPro and help you to performs your administration tasks. However, you could also create your own programs with the provided Software Development Kit.
