you with a Software Update contract. This contract, called the Follow-Up
Software Update, provides you with e-mail support priority access
and product upgrades for one LUTEUS LoriotPro product for one full
year.
This ensures that our customers have available to them the latest
release without incurring further unplanned costs.
The Follow-Up software update and support contract will entitle you
to:
e-mail notification of new software
updates,
the software update and key when you
are ready to receive and install it,
the option to download your software
update directly.
Customer Responsibilities
Customer acknowledges that Contacts
are required to provide Luteus with a valid Product key and a Follow-Up
software update and support contract number in order to demonstrate
service entitlement prior to service delivery.
Customer acknowledges that he is aware of the Sales conditions specified
on the Luteus web site.
